Biography
Jordan’s litigation practice encompasses a wide array of civil and commercial disputes, including: insurance coverage; personal injury; wrongful death claims; construction law; arson cases; product liability; and trucking accidents. He also has experience representing municipalities in various matters involving ordinance and code violations, zoning issues, and constitutional challenges.
Prior to joining the firm, Jordan served as a law clerk for the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office and the Mobile County District Attorney’s Office.
During law school, Jordan was a member of Cumberland’s nationally-ranked Trial Team, a Trial Advocacy Board member, and vice president of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society.
In undergrad, Jordan earned a golf scholarship and also served as the vice president of the Pre-Law Society.
Jordan is a member of the American Bar Association, Alabama State Bar Association, and Birmingham Bar Association.
